We manage investment and distributions through our partners at Mainvest, a licensed Funding Portal that offers investments under Title III Crowdfunding. We protect your investment by managing the success of our positions internally. We pay out cash distributions quarterly to stakeholders.

Our primary targets are real estate and private equity where identify, syndicate, and manage deals to our network of accredited and non-accredited investors.

We have been able to successfully complete our first fund and will continue to prioritize this practice area as a core competency for the firm.
